Timothy McInerney, Temporary Town Administrator, will hold a "public outreach" meeting for PAYT at the Town Hall on Thursday, March 19th at 7:00 pm in Conference Room B. If anyone needs white 13 gallon kitchen trash bags, let me know, since we bought a lifetime supply a few months ago...

Pay As You Throw trash program hits Grafton
Grafton residents will be paying extra for trash disposal. It seems Grafton is adopting a PAYT trash collection system that requires the use of special bags at $1.50 each.

Found Basketball
Hi everyone! It seems that our house on the corner collects all the lost items everytime the wind blows. This week, it is a Florida Gators basketball. Although I am sure they will have major skillz (yes, that is skillz with a Z), the girls are a little too small right now to put it to good use. Let us know if it is yours!

Lawn and Child Care?
Hi there! I am not looking for one person to do both, although that would definitely make things easier! :)
1. We are looking for someone to do a fall clean-up in our yard. Does anyone have any suggestions for companies they have worked with in the past, and are happy with? Or, even names of people to avoid?
2. I work from home, and am looking for someone to help out watching our 2 year old and a 2 month old starting in January. Right now, it is one day a week (we are flexible on the day), and would be 7 hours (8 to 4 or so) every other week with additional hours possible on the alternating weeks. I am looking for someone with babysitting/nannying experience as well as experience with toddlers and newborns. If anyone has anyone they could suggest, I would greatly appreciate it!
Thanks again!

Suspicious Box Truck on Greany Drive!
This morning (Tuesday, September 16th) at approximately 3:07 AM, we were awoken by the sound of a large vehicle idling outside of our house. I could faintly hear voices outside of the house but didn't get out of bed thinking it was probably just a neighbor coming back from a fun night out. After several minutes, I heard the sound of vehicle doors slamming shut and the heavy acceleration of a truck. At this point, I jumped out of bed and ran to the bedroom window to see a white box truck (similar to the above picture) travelling down the street. Thinking the worst, I ran down the stairs and checked the house and garage but nothing seemed to be out of place. It was probably nothing, but I thought I should post this on the blog in case somebody on the street believes they were robbed this morning. My apologies if this truck belongs to you and was on Greany Drive for legit purposes.
